Italian Fizz Dinner at The Royal Oak Inn

We have news of a rather special night out we're involved with coming up on Saturday 22nd October at The Royal Oak Inn, Dacre Banks - an absolute must if you're a fan of quality Italian fizz!

Martin will be pairing up with the lovely Amy Murren to host an evening at The Royal Oak Inn, showing some stunning sparkling wines from the Ferghettina estate in the heart of Italy's famous sparkling wine area, Franciacorta.

At £35 per person, the evening will include seven glasses of top quality fizz and a three course dinner.

If you've ever been before, you'll know that the quality of the food, drink and the atmosphere down at The Royal Oak Inn at Dacre Banks is pretty impressive. 

The evening kicks off with a delicious glass of di Bertiol Prosecco or Dolci Colline Rosé as a "whistle wetter".

For starters, choose from prawn, crayfish tail, crab and avocado platter and chicken lemongrass and parmesan risotto with a glass of Franciacorta Rosé Brut 2012.

Go on to enjoy a platter of Scottish smoked sea trout or a selection of Italian meats garnished with olives and parmesan, and mains of sea bass fillets, asparagus and garlic infused chicken or maple glazed belly pork, all with top notch fizz to accompany them.
