Traditional method zero-dosage fizz, made from 75% Chenin Blanc and 25% Semillon from the coolest parcels of the Tirecul estate. An exquisite Sparkling wine with aromas of pear and quince on the nose. On the tongue it is immediate and beautifully fresh with hints of red fruit.
