A very fine and savoury pinot Noir from South Africa. From a Vineyard at 950m above sea level where the grapes are allowed to ripen slowly developing a more European flavour profile than many New world Pinot. We think this is a find and delicious on it’s own but would be great with wild mushroom ragu and ribbons of homemade pasta.
