Pinot Noir is often regarded as the greatest of the Champagne grapes and one of the most challenging. Here it spends 24 months in oak then a further 6 months on fine lees creating incredibly ripe flavours. The result is an elegant intense wine with flavours of wild honey, peppery spice, soft brioche and light summer flowers.
