Returns, Refunds and Changes
1. Broken or Damaged Goods
- If your purchase is broken or damaged in transit please photograph the contents, retain the parcel and contact us within 48 hours of delivery by telephone on 01423 566009 or email drink@akeandhumphris.co.uk.
- We'll provide a full refund or replacement for faulty products, preserving your statutory rights. We may ask you to return faulty bottles and we will arrange this with you.
2. Goods Missing or Incorrect
- If you receive your order and it is missing an item or includes an incorrect item please photograph the package and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery by telephone on 01423 566009 or email drink@akeandhumphris.co.uk with details. We will endeavour to supply the missing item or swap an incorrect item, or refund any amount overpaid within 14 days.
3. Changes and Returns
- We’ll always do our best to accommodate any changes to your order, but it may not be possible if it’s already on the way. If you’d like to request any changes, please contact us by telephone on 01423 566009 or email drink@akeandhumphris.co.uk.
