Shipping policy
1. Collection
We offer free collection from our stores in Yorkshire. Simply select the option to "Collect Wine, Beer and Spirits" on checkout and pick which store is most convenient. Then make payment for your goods and provide your contact details. We will confirm once your goods are ready for collection, usually within 24 hours, and ask that you bring your order confirmation with you to collect. It's as easy as that! There is parking available outside our stores.
Please note, we may ask for ID to confirm your age as we operate a Think 25 policy. Please do bring ID if you're looking youthful!
2. UK Delivery
We offer UK wide delivery for wine listed on our website with the exception of the Channel Isles, Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands.
Local delivery
If you're on our local routes, we're happy to deliver for free for orders of £50 or more. We charge £5 for local delivery for orders below £50.
The postcodes covered by our local delivery offer are: HG1, HG2, HG31, HG5, LS17, LS22 and LS23.
Upon checkout, simply enter your delivery address within the postcode areas mentioned above and local delivery will be automatically selected, and show as free of charge or £5, depending on the value of your order.
If you'd like to add beer or spirits to your wine order for local delivery, please contact us by telephone or email to arrange to add this to your order as it cannot be done via the normal checkout process.
UK Wide Delivery
We use a reliable courier service to deliver wine within Mainland UK, usually within 2-4 working days.
Delivery by courier in the UK costs £12.99. We ship our wines in fully recyclable or bio-degradable packaging within sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure your wine arrives safe and sound.
Our courier requires a contact telephone number for the recipient of the package to ensure successful delivery.
Sorry we cannot offer delivery to the following UK postcode areas: BT, IM, IV, KW, PA,, PH, TR.
Sorry we do not currently ship beers or spirits, however these can be collected from our stores.
3. Overseas Delivery
Sorry we do not currently have the facility in place for international delivery.
