We went hunting for a floral and elegant Alsace wine and came back with this. What a beauty it is too from organic vineyards in the Rapel Valley this is heady aromatic wine perfect for Cantonese or Thai cuisine. Jasmine, Lychee, white peach and marmalade combine to create a real sensation... we might need to go looking for more Alsace wine soon... I can't wait!!
