Carefully selected grapes are fermented slowly to extract maximum flavour before spending fourteen months in Oak. Plush smoky aromas, clove and a dollop of blackberry. On the palate bramble and plum are the order of the day tannins and a touch of dark chocolate give depth and savour super value for such an accomplished wine.
