Most Nebbiolo styles seem to pay homage to Barolo while this is for my money at least more in the style of Barbaresco. Tannins are soft and integrated while cherry flavours and aromas dominate this supple easy drinking wine. That is not to say it is simple or without depth as subtle spice gives a touch of complexity while the lightness on the palate makes it an ideal accompaniment to Lamb.
