The fully ripened grapes are harvested and allowed to ferment, halfway through the fermentation premium brandy spirit is added, and the wine is aged in oak casks for up to 6 years. The finished wine is a deep golden, amber colour and displays a rich, fragrant nose of orange marmalade, hints of honey and treacle.
