Bischöfliche Weinguter Trier cultivates approximately 95 hectares of vineyard, among them some of the Mosel, Saar and Ruwer's most legendary sites.
Riesling grapes are sourced from selected vineyard sites along the Mosel, Saar and Ruwer rivers. The sweet base wine is then de-alcoholised and bottled.
This alcohol-free Riesling has bright citrus aromas with appealing varietal characters on the palate. Vibrant lime acidity balances the natural sweetness, which gives the wine weight and texture.
