Brunello wines are famed for their longlived cellar potential and this will happily spend a good decadde in the dark. However for those without the patience there is still plenty of dark berry fruits and plum, with savoury tobacco box aromas. In the moth it is smooth and has tannin but doesn't leave your gums like sandpaper.Perfect with wild boar sausage and Polenta.
