Made from vibrant, fresh Chardonnay grapes, part aged in oak and part in steel, with extended time on fine lees. After gentle vacuum distillation, the wine is carbonated to create an elegant, expressive sparkling cuvée.
Aromas of ripe yellow apples, floral notes, and a bright, lively acidity make it perfect as an aperitif, or paired with green asparagus, scallops, sea bass carpaccio, turbot, langoustine ravioli, poultry, or pastries and macarons.
