Every care is taken in the vineyard to produce perfectly ripe organic fruit and the same painstaking approach is followed when making the wine. Not strictly speaking Natural or Orange this wine develops an attractive depth of pithy savoury complexity from extended skin contact. Refreshingly citrus without high acidity and herbal without being grassy this is a finely balanced and thrillingly precise wine. With a unique sense of its place this is confident and skilful winemaking.
