This wine justifies the whole trendy category of natural orange wine. Startling richness and complexity, really ‘ Winey’ and grown-up, like unpasturised milk, or those French cheeses that kill people. Who knew Catarratto (!) could be so tasty? A must-try wine. Even the baby brother bottling, the single cream version, is brilliant.
