Some very classy winemaking here more so that you would expect at this price point. The fruit is wholebunch pressed to extract colour more gently and fermented spontaneously with wild yeast for a less commercial, less intrusive approach. The result is a delightfully pale mouth filling Rose with summer berry fruit flavours to the fore.
