Incredibly smooth whisky, not only mellowed by 12 years in barrel but also by a triple distillation in the first place. You could almost describe this whiskey as soothing and unlike some of its Scottish peers there is not a hint of peat smoke anywhere near this. One of Paul's favourites since the 1990's!
