As Australian as a Kangaroo surfing in a billabong while playing a didgeridoo and almost as unexpected. This is utterly lovely yes I know it's a bit too big for it's boots and riper than a four week old camembert but for sheer fruity lip staining joy it's hard to beat. Like all the Killibinbin wines this is potent and lush but the blend of Cab and Shiraz gives a lovely mix of dark and spicy with blackcurranty and herby that is irresistible.
