Australia can do Cabernet that can be light and reminiscent of Bordeaux. This is a little more Aussie rules than Polo however but every but every bit as enjoyable. Dark and powerful Cabernet with tonnes of black winter bramble fruit and a very tight balance. This is well made, smooth and hugely enjoyable.
