Excellent quality to this oak matured Pouilly Fuisse. One of our favourite Burgundy regions, wines here exhibit a more tropical ripe fruit, think Lychee and Peach but still with plenty of bright citrus and dry minerality. Not a natural wine but with elements of this approach to increase fruit quality in the vineyard.
