One of the great modern wines of South Africa with a simple goal of acheiving perfection. Individual parcels of grapes are vinified tasted and rejected untill only the finest remain which are then blended to achieva a wine greater than the sum of it's parts. A wine which has elements of Bordeaux in style but is utterly unique and resolutely New World. Pencil shavings, Tobacco leaf and pure dark berry compote only begins to hint at the joys to be found in the glass.
