An imperial stout aged for 7 months in Four Roses and Heaven Hill bourbon barrels, before being blended at the point of bottling. Christmas cake and malt loaf coming to the fore, along with hints of liquorice and a touch vanilla, leading to a mellow, gentle and creamy mouthfeel.
