Excellent Saint-Joseph from close to the more premium vineyards of Hermitage, this is classy grown-up stuff. Dark and sinuous stuff with a violet perfume, winter fruit and hints of vanilla. Layers of complexity make this a wine that invites you to taste again. Ideal with slow cooked lamb shanks and conversation.
