Saumur Blanc Les Poyeux fromDomaine Fabien Duveau is a premium, organic/biodynamic Chenin Blanc from the Loire Valley, crafted from a single vineyard with sandy-clay over limestone (tuffeau) soil. It is known for its high-intensity, dry, and structured profile, featuring aromas of white flowers, citrus, green apple, and a distinctive chalky, saline minerality.
Use of old oak provides a rich, building texture without anything too heavy handed. A very impressive, high intensity finish.
