A punchy, juniper driven local gin that makes for a versatile cocktail base. Peppery juniper is balanced by rounded, sweet botanicals with a medium to full bodied approach. Recommended cocktail: 35ml Sing Gin, 20ml elderflower cordial, 10ml lemon juice, top with Sparkling Water, garnished with sprig of rosemary and charred orange peel.Please note that we do not currently offer a UK shipping service for our spirits selection.
