Reminds one of Clairet, the dark rose/light red from Bordeaux. This delicious and grown-up rose is a much darker thing than the Provence which is rightly popular. A touch of tannin and a hint of sweet cherry and lashings of crisp cranberry and raspberry summer fruit.
