What happens when you find a vineyard which has too many different vines to make a viable range of different varietal wines. Usually, you rip up lots of them and gamble on the ones that people are familiar with and we all end up drinking ho-hum wines made in the same way. In this case though the winemaker chose to just harvest the lot of them and make the best wine possible. The result is lively fresh and well balanced with, as you might expect, layers of flavour.
