This wonderful Blanc de Blancs from South Africa has a nose reminiscent of freshly baked bread. Made using the same method as Champagne, this wine dances delicately on the palate with very fine bubbles, absolutely full of flavour with hints of fresh almond and apricot. The finish is long and luxurious and particularly satisfying.
